Key food to extend your lifespan by 5 years

All it means is I will have 5 more years of dribbling and looking out of the care home window at the passing cars.
In general and as a first approximation things that have been shown to increase life expectancy have also been shown to increase life quality at the far end of life decreasing mental and physical infirmity.
 
I remember this story when it first came out.

Basically the principle was that they took each food and figured out how much of your nutritional requirements would be met if you only ate that (obviously none of them would actually be healthy if that's all you ate).
