Khaldoon Al Mubarak - A Class Act

Re: Tevez - Khaldoon tells it as it is!

The sheikh should have a word with his brother-in-law. Get him to ring up Berlusconi and say if you don't sort your shit out we'll pull every penny of Abu Dhabi cash out of your fucked up country and watch it go down the shitter.

Would be an interesting turn of events :D

Proves my point that for the past 12 weeks that we were still paying Tevez.

I took loads of shit from people who hadn't got a clue... and I was right.

The 6 weks fine means Tevez is still 6 weeks pay up on the deal.
This sanction is far les about being a disciplinary matter and far, far more about the club taking a shot across the bows of the Tevez advisers.

They're stating unequivocally that he sorts out a deal for himself before the transfer deadline, otherwise he will have to return to City and face the consequences.

If anyone has read what I've been saying, I've been urging the club to take Tevez on, as otherwise he's going to walk away for peanuts.
I would have sacked him long time past.
Hopefully we will hold our nerve.

But I said 12 weeks ago that we would get next to nowt for Tevez, and I stil stand by that. Wait until January 31st,. to see if we manage to make any money on a Tevez deal. I very much doubt it.

Not according to Sky sports you aint

It now transpires City stopped paying wages estimated at £200,000-a-week at the end of November and also fined Tevez six weeks' wages for gross misconduct over his refusal to return

The coup de gras delivered by Seasideblue :D

Come on Soulboy matey; you gotta hold your hands up here.

Not sure why he seems so intent on making City seem weak here.

Khaldoon you legend.

Kia payback
Kaka/Milan payback
Tevez payback

All in one interview and delivered with complete authority and class.

How to tell someone to go fuck themselves without the use of swear words. What a guy.
Amazing. Totally supportive.

Re: Tevez - Khaldoon tells it as it is!

Whilst Garry Cook made some gaffs in his time, i think with regards the Kaka episode he was only saying what everybody at the club was probably thinking.

Khaldoon has struck a more savage blow against Milan/Tevez/kia, but has done so in a more eloquent and authorative manner. Sends a message out to football in general that we aren't playing at this and ain't some basket case.

Perfectly timed lift for any doubters out there following recent events !

Re: Tevez - Inter/PSG/Milan. Update page 111

Galliani should have kept his trap shut when he said that he was prepared to let this run until the last minute of the transfer window. He revealed his hand when he didn't need to.

This, coupled with Kia/Tevez's actions, courting Inter then pretending to be open to a move to PSG when in truth they wanted nothing of the sort, just to run the clock down further, has given our owner the opportunity of laying down the conditions in no uncertain terms, with a week to go until the window shuts.

Your move Galliani/Kia/Tevez.

Re: Tevez - Khaldoon tells it as it is!

On another note, how perfect was the timing of this interview? Sheer brilliance by our club.

So stoked! I love Khaldoon. Everytime he says something my respect for him increases.
