How can we pay someone whos had virtually no input,if we do win the League ?

whiterabbit. alice in wonderland.through the looking glass. dick

He`s obviouslty not read Khaldoons wonderous sermon, ref not letting him go,if fuckers don`t cough up the fee.

mates let's not get carried away...i like the statement too but basically it's our only card i think it's the last one we can play...if 31 arrives and we still have no deal for tevez i think we will accept milan's offer even if it's not what we would want. keep in mind the fine needs to be approved by the FA and if tevez comes back and trains we need to pay him all his wages and that clause about doubling his salary if we win the championship....it's really hurting us.One in all tevez is bad business either way but could mean ten times more trouble if we decide to prove a point and keep him

Looks like our chairman disagrees

"Carlos remains a player with contractual obligations to Manchester City for the next two and a half seasons," Al Mubarak said. "Unless we receive an offer that we deem appropriate, the terms of his contract will be enforced."

As for his clause regarding doubling his wages that will no doubt be apperance related and and as he is in breach of contract may not be enforcable

You've PM'd me a warning for less than that!

Inconsistency, just like the men in black!
You wouldn't believe that PM'd a mod saying the same thing an hour or so ago.

You, seaside, are spot on. Employment law has now been applied to a

I've banned Cheesy for the night, his account was obviously hacked

I've reported the post, should be binned off to the Antarctic to make one of those holes in the ice and fish in that climate.

Bet he wouldn't do it again the cheeky scamp!
