kick Quinn out

FWIW I think he's a shit pundit, and he seems to me a lot quicker to find fault with City than with whoever we are playing against. Whenever City are playing an inferior team his tone seems to be 'plucky little underdogs' but when, as with last night, we are playing a better team his tone seems to be 'City just aren't good enough at this level'.

Which is irritating.

But those calling for his head, read Paul Lake's book and see what he has to say about Quinn.

In my book, Quinn made an all round contribution to City which is worth a lot more than some disparaging remarks during match commentary.

Not to mention sending us all home very happy back in the day by saving a penalty. Big Niall.

At first I thought Quinn detractors were just overly sensitive but I have to admit now that his default position seems to be to criticize us at any opportunity.

But for me it's still a case of don't shoot the messenger. Sky with their stake in the rags and their populist approach to everything obviously impose an editorial position that pundits have to follow.

Anyone who doesn't toe the line is quickly sidelined a la Buzzer

I don't understand why he is so bitter, never has anything decent to say about us
I think it's his Arsenal connection, they are his number 1 not Sunderland he just worked for them....we have recently taken their best players and pushed them down the pecking order when it comes to the so called big 4.....this is why I think he doesn't like us as Arsenal are his true love

He's nothing compared to Tyler though, you can actually hear Tyler willing the other team on in his commentary it's pathetic!

Exactly this.
That's how it is.
It will only change when we force them to change
By dominating the domestic football scene in England.
They have lost CL games to BT come 2015 remember
so it's basically down to us winning the PL more often than not in the next 3-5 years or so.

Quinn doesn't bother me really.
He moans when we do poorly but so do many on this board, in the pub and at the ground. He's a bit "glass half empty" but I can live with that.
As for that snidey tw*t Tyler, though......

100% get him out.
