Due to a critical structure change at work (and how many people have this kind of thing in the current climate, not just me I'm sure) we can't take hols at all in March or April so I just can't get there in time. Pulling a sickie wouldn't be very smart either.
If tickets had been £5 or £10 maybe would have taken a punt and then tried to make it to the ground to see at least half the match. Paying out £17.50 or more and unlikely to get there before quarter to seven, gutted to miss it but what a slap in the face. Been to every home game in Europe so far, been a bit of a special occasion each one with the different fans and so on.
Here the calls for City make a formal complaint but, I am sad to say, UEFA woudl not take one bit of notice. Maybe would even mark us down on the 'bad list'.
