I think he's better off proving himself at somewhere like Norwich, then at somewhere like Spurs, before we even consider considering him.

All managers have to start somewhere and Laudrup is doing a fantastic job at Swansea. We cannot always buy the best replacement and we need to start taking chances on people. After all we all want Klopp because Dortmund took a chance on him. And we wanted Pep because Barca took a chance on him.

I actually admire the way Klopp wants to stay at Dortmund after all Dotmund gave him a chance and he repayed them by doing a top job. I want people to be at City not just for money and because we can afford them. I want them to be here because they love the club and give people who deserve it the opportunity is a platform for that.

Klopp is having a stinker in the league. Currently 15 points behind Bayern.

1. Bayern Munich - 54 points
2. Borussia Dortmund - 39 points
3. Bayer Leverkusen - 38 points

If Mancini does leave, I cannot imagine any more than a handful of managers unwilling to come to the club.

Managing City would be regarded as a great opportunity. We have a patient, ambitious owner who supports the manager in the transfer market, soon to be built world class training facilities, a very strong core of players and we play in the highest profile league in world football.

Exactly.. People say "why would he risk his reputation with us or chelsea?"
But we wouldn't employ him without lengthy talks..
We'd lay out or plans and he'd lay out his.

There's no way most managers wouldn't be interested in atleast having discussions.

Germans, though, do tend to prefer staying in germany.. So Klopp may be one of the few who is well an truly no interested.

They may be having a stinker but still the best side I have seen at City in 46 years and I wouldn't be surprised if they win the CL. In my view Klopp is the best manager in Europe..shame we can't get him.

Nonsense on so many levels, people play far to many computer games and play far too much Fantasy football, it's a ridiculous thread, there are very few managers who are up to the job at this club, I am pretty sure the Klopp is not even on the short list
