Go weeks or months and bang! Can’t stand or walk for a week or two and then back to normal again.

I had sciatica years ago for a while, was fron lifting frozen gammon onto high shelves.

Anyway, every so often I move my leg and the whole.leg muscle spasm and lock and I cannot move it without sharp pain.

Fuck know what it is had it for years

I had a thread deleted by an x mod about a year ago even though I was serious. See if there is enyone near to you who's a licenced Rolfer...yeah yeah I get it but I find it has helped me out unbelievably, not one episode since I started
