54yr old and I have to get up off the sofa in instalments. I’ve seemed to lost strength in my knees ,which means i can’t stand up without using my arms to push me up.. Being a joiner for 38yrs and playing lots of football in my early years . God knows how I’m supposed to work till I’m 67 ..

My knees are fine not a problem,as for my back well that’s another matter,arthritis in the spine unfortunately ...

Dead on hahahahaha,quick story my daughter was going out she is 22 her mates mum was picking her up and I was at the front door doing something and her mates mum turned to my daughter when she got in the car and said “ is that your brother Kellie” she lol said no that’s my dad her mates mum said my goodness he looks so young..must be in the genes :-)

My Dad once said to me as you get older your joints seize up your mind disintegrates and your teeth turn to chalk.............experienced most of that in dribs and drabs.......now what was I on here for?
