Koeman to Everton

Ha, good one. They'll end up the same way as 95% of the clubs who are taken over, promised the world and end up going nowhere after an initial burst. Koeman would be a terrible choice of manager for a team that supposedly has a big budget and wants to challenge for trophies. I say big budget, but £100m if that is what they spend isn't really that much these days. They will need at least 6 players for that, so good luck.

Surprised at above comment about Koeman. Think it's a good move for Everton personally.

its all about keeping the players like stones and barkley and lukaku and add some good players and everton will be a handfull next season. Koeman is a good manager and needs to bring in some big names to give the fans and club a boost and i always see everton away as 1 of the hard games to play there fans are so up for it but can also get on the everton players back in a flash. its going to be a right fight next season and some great managers of the world in the premier league but only 1 can win the league

Southampton are a better team

No.

plus Everton will lose their best two players in Lukaku and Stones.

I'm quite confident in our ability to hold onto Stones. I was certain Lukaku was going but he was saying to the media he expects to be sold before the Euros, and there's not been even a whisper of movement from him. It's likely that he was heading in the direction of Chelsea, Conte had told his agent he doesn't want him for his release clause (which is likely the £65m being branded about) and Everton have told him to pay up or move on. Could go right down to deadline day, this. To be honest, I'm not too fussed if he does go. His attitude is abhorrent and he isn't going to improve as a player because of it. This is as good as he's going to get and whilst he can do well on the day, he's missing so much from his game. He's replaceable with the money we've got; Stones is not.

Don't really understand the move from Koeman's perspective, must simply be the money. Can't imagine Koeman is short on money though?!

Better players, bigger fanbase, substantially bigger budget, bigger history, brand new stadium within three years, better contract. I can't see why he wouldn't move, if I'm honest.

Bit like you lot then lad?

Moshiri seems here to play and if rumours are to be believed and his best mate Usmanov is coming with him, we'll have the second richest owners in the league, behind you guys.

Koeman is a good manager, Everton will cause some upsets next season.

Everton have had a couple of bad seasons, but if they beat any team in the PL, it would not be classed as an upset.
We know, on their day, they can beat anyone.
