Well if that is so, then no doubt if we are to sign Benatia then it will be pure ding and not involving any players which really puts the strain on finances to get Fabregas unless we can persuade Barca to take the money on the drip.

Best news of the week for me. Kolarov has been a weapon and it's much easier to find a good defensive LB than attacking LB.
If not for FFP I'm convinced we would make a play for Shaw, but we have priorities and left-back isn't one of them so Clichy and Kolarov (twice title winners) will do for another season. :-)

It is good news,because he is a very useful player,however,the position will be our weakest in the latter stages of Europe.
