Kolarov take a bow.

Kolorov and Nasri are up there with Rocky Santa Cruz as collosal wastes of money.

And the manager appears blind to each of their obvious deficiencies. I'd guess they are "his" signings, by the favouritism they appear to get. Kolorov seems a nice guy and he has a great free kick. But that's it.

Thank god roberto is our boss not you. Your football knowledge is a disgrace

The man who starts a thread about what a great player Kolorov is is calling my football knowledge a disgrace.

I'm rather pleased with that ;-)

It's unbelievable we paid around 16M to sign him. My mate didn't cost much more than 1M and in his game against BVB played better than any of our defenders. Plus was able to beat Subotic in the air and score.

I think some people just want to shock to get a reaction and become involved in the inevitable argument.

There is no comparison between Nasri, Kolorov and Santa Cruz.

Kolorov has a cup winners medal and got a number of crucial goals and assists during our championship winning year. Nasris scored crucial goals against Chelsea, Wolves etc to help us win the title. Santas Cruzs' highlight was a brace against Sunderland before the club made a fantastic managerial decision.

Nasri and Kolorov will both be crucial players over the course of the season. Very fortunate to have them both.

Whilst I accept they are not as big a waste of money as Santa Cruz, a combined price of nearly £50m for those two, and £15 per year wages, is nothing short of scandalous given what they bring.

He is being appreciated for his work rate and desire, basically his willingness to foul at any given opportunity.

I thought we went backwards when he came on, fair enough the system changed but being good at dead ball situations doesnt mean he is any good at anything else, and in my opinion he is a very average footballer.

kicking a ball from a dead ball situation makes you great at kicking a ball not and not a great footballer

It's always interesting to read BM after a game and, for myself, I always come to the same conclusion:

Should I trust Mancini or should I trust the judgement of the world class football minds that whinge and moan on here ? Amazingly, I always end up going with Roberto.

For myself, I think that Kolarov offers something useful to us. But that doesn't matter 'cos as long as mancini thinks he offers soemthing, we will keep him regaurdless of what all the boo boys on here think.
