Thank god roberto is our boss not you. Your football knowledge is a disgrace

I think some people just want to shock to get a reaction and become involved in the inevitable argument.

There is no comparison between Nasri, Kolorov and Santa Cruz.

Kolorov has a cup winners medal and got a number of crucial goals and assists during our championship winning year. Nasris scored crucial goals against Chelsea, Wolves etc to help us win the title. Santas Cruzs' highlight was a brace against Sunderland before the club made a fantastic managerial decision.

Nasri and Kolorov will both be crucial players over the course of the season. Very fortunate to have them both.

Whilst I accept they are not as big a waste of money as Santa Cruz, a combined price of nearly £50m for those two, and £15 per year wages, is nothing short of scandalous given what they bring.

Pretty much every player bought over the last couple of years were over-priced and are over-paid. So that is hardly a fair criticism. Personally I thought not Nasri stepped up to the plate last season when Silva was struggling with his form at the back end of the season. Kolorov picked up 7/8 assists and four goals last year from a limited number of appearances. This year he already has two goals. The team is not playing well and as usual the same players are being criticised.

Lets be honest Silva, Kompany Aguero have not hit the heights so far this season. No doubt I will get slated for that, but if were evaluating players based on this season our main players are the reason for our poor start.

I loved Kolarov's tackle in the 16m in front of our goal last night and then right after he was fouled and the Borussia's player got a yellow card for it.

I think he is really doing well.

I'm sure he didn't. But he picked Ya Ya in a holding role, where he generally plays like that. And the fact that Kompany's confidence is destroyed could have something to do with the fact that he's played in 23 different systems alongside 19 defensive personnel formations, behind every wrong midfield combination it is possible to have. We've only dominated midfield once all season, it's no wonder our defenders's heads are down.

Bottom line is that Klopp proved beyond doubt he's a better manager. He has a team playing as a team in a system which they know and works. We have a manager flailing about like a fucking loon every week trying to keep pace with the game. It's highlighted in Europe because we play better teams, but it's been there all season.

I really wonder why you arent a football manager. The way you go about it everytime, one would expect your team to do the quadruple every season.

Hahahaha Second time in the thread for the age old "well why arent you manager"? line.

First port of call for clowns who know fuck all about the game and are out of their depth in a football conversation.

Yeah we should all bow down to your superior knowledge and arrogance.

It's simple, you think you know better that Mancini - some people think you don't. Each to their own eh.

That may be true. But some are delivering the good more than others. Aguero, Silva, Tevez, Toure: big money buys who are integral to the core of our team and therefore worth the expense. Nasri, Milner and Kolorov: big money buys who have not come anywhere near justifying their pricetags.

I do agree that some of our good players aren't delivering, but that's a different problem for me.

But we're not evaluating based solely on this season. The players you mention have been generally superb and the backbone of our success,as for Kolarov.......

No.

You should do what football fans accross the world do and join in the football discussion by having opinions on the game. You know, like lots of people on the forum are doing right now.

Or, more applicable to you, if you don't understand the game go on the atmosphere threads or wherever else you feel at home, don't make trite statements which make you look like an out-of-his-depth schoolboy.

It's always interesting to read BM after a game and, for myself, I always come to the same conclusion:

Should I trust Mancini or should I trust the judgement of the world class football minds that whinge and moan on here ? Amazingly, I always end up going with Roberto.

For myself, I think that Kolarov offers something useful to us. But that doesn't matter 'cos as long as mancini thinks he offers soemthing, we will keep him regaurdless of what all the boo boys on here think.

Hahaha A good old fashioned solid gold happy clapping tub-thumper.

How do you think Mancini fared against Klopp last night in the battle of the "world class football minds"?
To be fair, I doubt Mancini told Yaya to go out and have his worst ever game for City, giving the ball away just about every time he received through lack of determination and general "giving a fuck". Nor would he have told Dzeko to be as strong as a kitten or Kompany to have his head up his arse and try and get squared up at every available opportunity.

A managers job I think is to ermm ...sub Yaya (maybe for Milner) as he was having such a nightmare and looked injured, sub Dzecko for I dont know maybe Tevez our top goal scorer and maybe play Lescott along side Kompany so he might feed on the confidence of being part of the best back 2 last season. And yes I know Garcia went of injured but Silva or Nasri could have filled the gap.

Back on topic.

Kolarov reminds of me of Sun Jihai, not great but gives his all for the club.

It's a shame some of the bigger stars dont have his attitude.
