In form he's one of the best in the world. I don't think he's been at that standard this season (unlike last season).
He would still start every game without a second thought and regardless of who steps in we will be a weaker team without him, especially considering the way he leads the team.
Who was captain in his absence the other night? Should be Zabaleta imo.
