Just another thing for the English media to wank themselves senseless over - which they indeed are for anyone who was watching SkySports a little while ago.
A nice gesture, but nothing more than a publicity stunt. Would he have done it with the stipulation that it was kept completely confidential and no one apart from him and the club would be aware of it? Sorry, but I highly doubt it.

Yeah I agree can’t stand the bloke but even if there is motives and publicity stunts involved he still has donated his wages to a children’s charity! Yeah he has took pops at city over the years but he played for united so we all expected that
