Call me a cynic but all this palaver regarding Beckham. He has joined PSG right but his wages are being donated to a children’s charity in France, ok nice touch. However I heard some time ago that Beckham was still connected to United and still earns a large amount for them behind the scenes one way or another.
Now we all know that not many people in this world will do something for nothing, I’m thinking that this will put him in the good books where the froggies are concerned, is he hoping to get connected with Uafa or Fifa at a later stage in his career, and knowing he still has connections with you know the cash cow of football to maintain their credibility for years to come?

Isn't Beckham a free agent? He could have signed for any club who wanted him at any time he chose, but he left it until deadline day. Nothing but a publicity stunt.

He's a publicity junky no doubt - but credit where it's due and any player donating all their wages, regardless of how much they're already worth or how much they're likely to be earning in endorsements deserves some praise... Though not too much of course, the ****!! :-)
