It was so hard to just choose one as they have all been outstanding but have chosen Vinnie. His leadership and passion has been awesome.

I can't give into Kompany for his poor performances at the very start of the season where he was out of position a lot, clumsy in the tackle and just out of joint; and the worst performance of his career when we played Sunderland at home.

Tough call between the others but other than a poor game at Stamford Bridge, not closing down Arteta at Arsenal and getting under the ball against QPR at home for the Cisse goal Joleon has been the highest quality consistent performer in our team.
