As I said, Spurs don't need money from selling their best players. They're selling Walker because Poch is happy to let him go.

Budget has increased by some 20%, apparently. A blow, certainly. But by no means a reason to knock Spurs off course. With the added revenues generated by the new stadium, Spurs' annual income will rise to £400m+. And given that, of the major clubs, Spurs run by far the tightest ship in terms of wage bill, there will be ample surplus to service and pay off any added debt without selling important players.
