Decent fee for a player who wanted to leave. I think both parties are happy enough. He seemed to divide opinion on here however. People thought he was always caught out of position and used his pace to make up for his mistakes. His earlier Spurs days he was a liability but the past two seasons he really upped his game, for me the best right back in the league.

As I said before if I had to lose any player from the first team Walker or Dier would be one of those guys

Who has mentioned we don`t have a budget. You`re the only person that keeps on rabbiting that by paying £15M over the odds it must have an impact on future transfers. You must seriously be deluded if you think that.
So you admit we have a budget (thus we have a limited amount of money).

I assume you will acknowledge that 40 is less than 55.

So if we spend 55 instead of 40 our budget will be smaller than if we spent 40.

Thus, we will have less money to buy other players.

In all seriousness, this is a pretty simple concept. Can you explain what about this you don't understand?

Hilarious scenes over at TS.... Apparently Walker was their weakest link last season... Glad to see the back of him from one caller, Cundy replied... "so your saying he's a pub player and you've just got £50 mill"

Txiki is a fucking prick

More than 50m on 27 year old Kyle Walker

The sad thing is that it's not difficult to make the argument that Txiki's transfer dealings since he joined look like sabotage. It's like G.Jesus, Sane and De Bruyne are 3 success stories which act as cover.

The guy needs replacing with someone half competent.

Everton look like they might be spending close to £50m on Sigurdsson.

Spurs have every right to demand that fee.

Jordan Pickford just moved to Everton for £30m despite getting relegated.

Classic.

The only 2 players you didn't mind losing are the ones you are potentially losing, hahaha.

How the fuck is it 100 million?? They must be adding the wages on, if so then Pogbad must have cost over 200 million the pricks!
Hate the media fucking ****s. How anyone can believe there isn't an agenda against City is retarded.

I don't see how Spurs can be happy when they strengthen City. We were always going to spend big to replace our full backs, but as we have found out that does not always make us better. This will do, therefore bad for Spurs. Perhaps there was little that could be done about it, and you got the most out of bad situation.
