If you sell your house for £170,000 an outstanding mortgage of £40,000, the sale price and market value is still £170,000.

It'll never happen of course, but it'd boil some piss.
All in all I can't see Mbappe coming to us, ever. Just don't think he sees us as a good fit and there's nothing wrong with that really, just the way it is!
