PSG haven't yet paid Monaco the full amount of his transfer fee - they still owe around £40m to Monaco

So a bid of £170m from madrid only values Mbappe at £130m to PSG

Apparently the clause states that if they sell him during this current contract then they have to pay Monaco 40m. If he extends his contract with PSG then the clause will no longer be in place.
