City do need to respond. They also need to file a complaint of harassment against Tebas.

Fish that keep their mouths shut dont get caught. Dont be naive to think we will do anything. Responding creates a story and provides an opportunity for him to say it again. Taking him to court opens us up to be shot at. We have nothing to say and nothing to prove. Its now just ramblings. It makes me smile now

In line with many UEFA officials it’s probably one of prostitution, money laundering or corruption.
