Labour / Tory Party meltdown Referendum fallout

Was it? I can understand it in a way, nobody likes to lose, and everyone thought that remain would win, so there's always going to be idiots
angling to repeal the unrepealable. That clown with the expression of someone preparing for a haermorrhoid operation, leading his party of perpetual losers and PR advocaters should know better though.

Farage said in May that if Brexit lost by say 52 - 48 it would mean unfinished business but if was two third to one third against that woukd end it.

I am finding it quite amusing that both parties are in levels of disarray due to the vote last week, it needed something like this to drive change. There were too many people going along taking things for granted. I am hoping in two years we will look back at this last week being a turning point for politics in this country.

Makes total sense that Labour would try to oust Corbyn. He doesn't favour the privileged in London over the rest of the country. It was never going to work.

The irony of Corbyn being more in line with what the party was formed to represent is that the traditional working class core have no time for him, he is propped up by the hard left, middle class Guardian readers and students.

I have no time for either party but I think it is a crying shame that we have a lousy Tory government and zero opposition, they are both pitiful and it is the country which suffers.

That second paragraph is exactly how I feel. this tory government are a load of clowns and should have been blown a way by a strong labour, but in the desire to distance itself from the later years of new labour that was in thrall to London and the city, it has allowed itself to reopen divides within itself.

The politicians that are conspicuous by their absence are being told to sit back by their advisors. As has been mentioned, 75% of them don't endorse the result. They're terrified of saying the wrong thing.
How could you trust someone to carry out something they wholeheartedly don't believe in?
The rank and file of the labour party have a leader that represents their views. He'll stay as long as the intellectual snobbery persists. They know best. To be honest, I think they prefer being a pressure group that collects the salary rather than forming a government where you'd have to prove yourself.
It's all very well certain labour mp's telling people if they don't like it, leave. The arrogance is vile.
