I'm certainly not having a go at him Pidge.
I get the impression that he worked hard and got all the necessary qualifications to get where he is. I'm encouraging my children to do the same so they're not stuck in a dead end job like me.

Not too hard mate. I wish I'd worked harder. I was far too into away days and chasing tail.

Me and him have had many a barny on here, but i've never thought he was a ****. He's articulate and can come across maybe a bit 'better' than others, (I pulled him on this once on PM which he will vouch for, but he explained what the score was and all was good), but that is purely because he words his words properly. He's a top lad and certainly not arrogant.
