Lancashire CCC

Lancs have done well to haul them back a bit; 145-4 after 15 overs now. So the last 5 overs have coughed up 3 wickets at a cost of 35 runs.

195 will take some getting.

Looking like an away tie in the Q/F's.

I see the draw is on Wednesday night. I'm quite fancing a trip out somewhere, depending on what day it's on.

Just studying the groups now. I'm guessing the best runner up will get a home tie? Not sure if there's any chance that could still be Lancs as I'm not sure who's got to play who in the other groups.

1/4's are scheduled for 06-08 August.

Notts & Northants are group winners. Hants have 13pts from 8 games so likely to have a home tie as a group winner or as best runner up. If Hants win group, Surrey or Essex will be best runner up.

Just noticed Surrey play Essex after I posted, so one of them will have a better record than us , like you say.

Northants and London is a bit boring. A trip to Southampton appeals to me. Only ever been there once since they moved grounds.
