Yes I thought it was very overrated. The lead actress was good but the Russian guy was like a parody of Borat. Strange how it did so well at the Oscars.

I lost interest half way through, agree with your comments.
The Oscars are a mystery to me.
The autopsy of Jane Doe - a creepy horror - I enjoyed it anyway.
Do not watch 2073 this was an utter pile of dog crap, the film description was promising a dystopian future etc but it spent large swathes of the movie showing you clips from 'our time' news ie Gaza, Brexit, presidents and PM's all to blame for what went on, Samantha Morton was the lead, I actually knocked it off think I lasted an hour.

Personally as a sci-fi fan I found it no more than a mundane space tale, the plot is quite weak and nonsensical plus it relies on visuals over charactor
Definately a film made for Imax not for your living room and remove Zimmermans score and the most spectacular scenes fall flat
a 6/10 at best
Though when compared to the shite that was gravity it is a masterpiece
