Last Film You Saw

A Real Pain written and directed by Jesse Eisenberg. Decent little movie that refuses to do the big emotional pay offs you might expect. The end of the film mirrors the beginning of the film as if nothing has really changed but the final shot of Culkins character is incredibly effective and you realise that although Eisenbergs character is not very sympathetic the feeling it leaves you with is his ie anxious and concerned. Weird that a 90 minute movie with no twists or turns is worth watching just to feel the impact of the final couple of seconds.

I haven't watched it yet either, but it sounds like something worth checking out. I’m not sure if it’s on Steam, but I’d recommend checking directly on their platform. Steam has a great variety of content, and sometimes you can find exclusive deals or bundles. I was just reading some of their reviews here and it seems like there’s a mix of opinions about subscription services, but overall, many users enjoy the convenience and game selection.

I’ve finally just got round to watching “Children of Men” A film I’ve been meaning to watch for the best part of 20 years now.

Wasn’t quite worthy of the build up but not bad. The idea behind it was probably better than the actual result. But it was worth watching just for the cinematography. Fantastically filmed.

I watch mine through iTunes mate, it looks and sounds great.
It actually got an IMAX release, only for 1 week back in January. Thought it looked and sounded great on that big screen especially for a film from 94 (the rain!).

I'll save watching the 4K of it until the end of the year.
