Garbage. Typical Nolan affair, lacking in human emotion and far too much clichéd word play or it's badly written.

He just doesn't know how to engage the interesting part of being Human and sacrifices it for the arc of the story, interesting though it may be.

He's boring me now.

Apocalypse Now, the theatrical version. A quick google and reddit search was enough to tell me the redux version wasn't worth the time or effort.

Stunningly good film.

I can't remember a single film where he's had the completion of a story arc with a emotive Human element to it.

It's all so... detached.

If 'Star Trek' had 'Commander Data' write a film, it would come out like a Nolan piece.

Interstellar, Dunkirk and Memento were all enjoyable films. I thought his Batman movies were the best of a bad bunch.
I think that you sometimes look too much in to what a couple of hours of entertainment is all about.

My favourite Nolan films by far are The Prestige and Insomnia. Modern classics.
