Last Film You Saw

Top Gun Maverick. Havent they heard of crash helmets when riding motorbikes, or life jackets when sailing?
I watched the first 15 minutes, saw little Tom riding his big bike through the desert at high speed with no crash helmet and turned it off. Shouldn't be encouraging bikers not to wear helmets. They have definitely saved many lives. But I suppose Tom has to look like Mr Cool in his aviator sunglasses doesn't he.

A Force of One (1979) - 1/10
God awful Chuck Norris film. First of his I've ever seen, unbelievably crap.

Sudden Death (1995) - 3/10
Slightly less awful Jean Claude Van-Damme film, first of his I've seen, just about watchable, tails off loads in the final 3rd.

An American Tail: Fievel Goes West (1991) - 2/10
Animation produced by Steven Spielberg, released on the same day as Disney's Beauty and the Beast. Terrible planning, terrible film. James Horner's music the only redeeming factor.

There's 4 hours+ I won't get back. If Blockbusters was still around they'd all be collecting dust on the shelf.

Most states in the US don’t have mandatory crash helmet laws.

Yes I know.

But this is a film watched by millions of impressionable young people. He should be wearing a full face helmet for safety imo. For me it was irresponsible not to wear one at high speed. He put his cool tough look ahead of doing the right thing.

You decided against watching the film because of this? Do you always stop watching films when an actor does something which could be seen as reckless?
