Whimsical tale of a Welsh hill, with almost a caricature of a rural village clash between vicar and publican, and with a young Hugh Grant having a ball playing Hugh Grant with the very lovely Tara FitzGerald.

The Ghost and Mrs Muir
Rex Harrison and Gene Tierney in the title roles of a ghostly romance, with Harrison giving his finest shiver-me-timbers mariner.
From back when scripts required decent dialogue!
