Watched the 2014 film "Pride" on Disney+ last night. It recalls the true story of the gay charity who financially supported the South Wales miners during the 1984 strike.
Great cast & definitely worth a watch if you haven't already seen it. 8/10.

The King 9/10 superbly acted and interesting all the way through.
Been on my list to watch for years, never got round to it so just watched it after seeing your post.
Fucking hel, absolutely amazing one of the best netflix films ever. Up there with all quiet on the western front.

Society of the Snow, bloody brilliant, I’ve seen Alive and this pisses all over it, if you can watch with surround sound do it the weather envelopes the stage unreal, how they survived that long is just staggering. 8/10

The Accountant. What was I thinking when I first watched it and thought 'meh'? Bloody brilliant film, absolutely love Ben Affleks character.

It's all over the place isn't it? You literally don't give a shit about any of the characters, story is not developed in any way and the script (and tbh most of the acting as well) is atrocious. Hopefully that's the last nail in the hammer of that arc, and we can maybe start again afresh.
The only saving grace, for me, was the 'Kamala Khan' character.
Good comic relief in a terrible film.
