Love the big daft Lizard. Was a good film and definitely one the best Japanese Godzilla films.

Christine, a John Carpenter version of a Steven King book.

Watched Sleeping Dogs on firestick last night, Russell Crow playing an ex-cop with Alzheimer’s investigating an old case of his. Crowe is excellent in lead role, the plot is pretty good with good twist to the end, but Karen Gillan acting in the femme fatale role is terrible.

Anyway a 7/10.

Seems the norm nowadays for many films to be highly rated just because of things like cinematography and big explosions, fights etc. would rather watch something with an actual decent plot that doesn’t bore me to tears
