Spectre...too long...took too long to get Christoph Waltz being important...not enough Christoph Waltz...the first and second act could have been condensed considerably to make it more punchy and give Waltz the platform to shine, like The Hobbit in its "let's going to another new place to have something moderately exciting happen which is loosely related to Quantum of Solace in some way, to justify that shite as a legitimate film in the series". Problem with the whole thing is for the story to hold together, it needed to be written backwards from Waltz's character to Le Chiffre, not bits added on all the time.cunts
The positives, much more stylish, funny and suave than Skyfall, Lea Seydoux was good as a strong woman, and the side characters all had their moment to chip in and shine. Much more like a traditional Bond in that sense, which I enjoyed, Skyfall was just a bit too miserable in that respect.
Not bad, but could be so much more, and should have ended 20 minutes before it did.No need for the "bye, bye Daniel Craig" stuff, just end it with M looking down at C's body, with Bond in jeopardy, and leave the cliffhanger of how the hell they're going to get out of the death of a government official.
Fuck off. I'm trying to enjoy the cunts ripping the piss out of each other.
