Last Film You Saw

There can't be many that haven't seen it at this stage, but Jaws is on Sky movies at 8 pm tonight. Yes; the rubber shark compares very poorly to today's CGI/AI effects. But the film has a certain charm to it, and it hasn't aged all that badly considering it's nearly 50 years since it was released. Some killer quotes as well; the "bigger boat" one is the obvious one that springs to mind. But the line just before they set out to hunt the shark is brilliant...

Brody; on the water?
Hooper; Well, if we're looking for a shark, we're not going to find him on the land.

And the USS Indianapolis scene is brilliant.

I've tried (again) watching Joker; Folie a Deux. This time I've stuck it to the end. God knows how, to be honest. If you think the first one wasn't great (that includes me, to be honest), avoid this like the plague. It's fucking dreadful. A musical, FFS? It makes the first one seem like a masterpiece in comparison. Lady Gaga scrubs up okay, mind, when she doesn't have one of her weird stage costumes on.

Incredible scene.

So

Even though Romulus rates 7.1 on IMBD i think its piss poor, definitely the weakest for me.

Only managed to watch Covenant which was pretty good, I wish that the crew would stop splitting up though and maybe turn a light on when they go in a scary looking room.
