The Hebrew spelling of Rebecca and Rebekah is the same: רבקהWell I always thought that Rebecca was spelt like this .
But apparently (according to my youngest daughter) , Rebekah is the original Hebrew spelling of the female name.
So who knows what is correct in this crazy modern world !!
It’s a Cross Pattée rather than a Maltese Cross (Maltese Cross has arrowed ends). It's the marketing thet are using at present the ground, app and website are awash with it
The ship
The red rose
The Maltese cross
The bee
At least the wind blew the fucking smoke away on Wednesday, was it the Bournemouth game where it was scorching hot and the smoke didn’t dissipate so you couldn’t see the other end of the pitch for the first 10 mins? I liked the light show on Wednesday and I am an FOCI really enjoyed the laser and light show before last nights match.
The flashing images on the big screen particularly intrigued me.
There were lots of subliminal messages being processed by my brain, but I couldn't keep up/remember all the images.
There was rain/cloud to signify the inclement weather that Manchester is famous for.
There was a factory/mill type building to signify the fact that Manchester was the birthplace of the industrial revolution.
There was a bee, which signifies the work ethic that made Manchester a huge city.
And there was a train/tram which I think indicates that Manchester had the first passenger railway in the world.
Can anybody remember the other images that were flashed up,and help my FOC memory improve please.
