Don't ask, had the offer on for over a week, no response. Out Saturday gone, second viewings are going to withdraw offer and make offer on new property. Just off Peckham Rye Common, Nunhead ( waveney ave SE15) check it it out on google.maps !Bluebird1 said:

He'll be with you around 3.30, Tony. I meant to load 10migs of lorazepam into his beak but alas! My hand slipped and it's 200 migs of thorazine (whoops!). I'm sure you'll have a nice long sleep and all this will be gone if you wake up.
