May I recommend a change of air ..the Tour de France is just about to hit the Pyrenees..

After a glorious first week for British riders..( 2 stage wins for super-sprinter Mark Cavendish who is still in the Green Jersey and and an impressive 3rd place for Bradley Wiggens in the Prologue Time Trial) a major shakedown will happen in the first serious mountain stages.


After a broken collar bone in March threatened his comeback and a lacklustre Giro (Tour of Italy) Lance Armstrong has shown a huge improvement in form that could see him in Yellow at the end of play tomorrow, threatening to upset the pecking order in the Astana team, which also contains the current race favourite, Spain's Alberto Contador ....
