My take is they are passing the buck because they fcuked us over, Berlusconi is up for re-election soon, now he looks like a knight in shinning armour, but someone please explain to me though, how the fcuk Kaka was not sounded out prior to the delegation travelling to Milan to prevent this embarrassment of monolithic proportions from happening, this should have been prevented
