Also, Mancini is 45, which may as well be a twenty something in coaching years. He spent his teenage years winning leagues and cups.

Rijkaard you absolutely have a point on, and you're correct in saying that he doesn't play this way. Think I probably overstretched the example, it's fair to say that many coaches play the Mancini way though.
