Most logical way to do this I think is:

Kurzawa in (+1 non-HG)
Clichy out
Fernando or Demichelis out (-1 non-HG) with the one remaining as backup holding mid (Denayer doesn't leave on loan if Demichelis goes)

Seems a very difficult and awkward deal to do late on. But Inter's main alternative to Clichy (Criscito from Zenit) doesn't appear to be joining so selling Clichy could be straightforward. Inter would offer peanuts of course.

I'm sure Inter would want Kolarov too if we offered him, they don't actually have a natural left-back in their first XI, they use Juan Jesus who is a centerback first, left-back second.
