Nice to see support for Froome on BM - fact is the case is dropped no cheating took place - maybe, just maybe, other teams and nationalities take umbridge at Team Sky's success with Wiggins and Froome ? Come on Froomie lets do it again lad.

He should have served no ban and the case shouldn't have even made the media but it did due to a leak which goes against the actual procedures in place so he has had to face a trial by media.

Looks like local lad Yates is going for it this year. Expect him to stick with the leaders until the mountains loom, then he plans to smash them all. Says his only worry is the cobbled stage, lots of aggro for his broken pelvis/hip.

Backing up the Giro with the Tour is very difficult so I am not so sure Froome will land this one, as for the clearing of his name it was a fucking scandal that it was leaked and the UCI should be fucked over for playing a political game with a rider. One major plus point of Froome being given the absolute all clear is that Bernard Hinaults piss will be boiling and having watched what the stunts he got up to when riding with Greg Lemond he comes across as a serious ****. If you can catch the excellent 30/30 slaying the Badger its a fantastic watch.

Lads other guys in the same position as Froome were not aloud to ride while being investigated. Lads Sky have a history of shit going on with the Wiggins jiffy bag scandal and the Froome inhailer stuff. There the biggest team they can hire the best lawyers and get away with things that the smaller teams cant. Dont get me wrong i love the tour always have and you just look at Sky in general there is something not right within that team. They were supposed to be good for cycling yet they are no better and are hiding a lot of stuff it seems instead of being transparent. Everyone is entitled to there opinions and fuck it thats how i feel on it.

On a side note sad to see Sam Bennett missing out on the tour this year after his preformances in the Giro would of been nice to see him in a sprint finish or 2.

Also looking forward to seeing how good Mikel Landa will do with his new team.

To be fair to Froome and Sky there are very few clean teams in cycling which is a legacy of the past. Full on drug abuse was rampant for years - still is outside of the ultra elite teams (who get tested regularly). The issues now around TUE's and asthma drugs are on a very different scale to what has gone before. They should ban all TUEs then it makes it clear cut. What they were trying to pin on Froome was excessive amounts of a drug he was permitted to use, not a clear cut issue that. He does have a body of a freak.

In small quantities that drug doesn't give you an advantage, but in large quantities it does. There is a predetermined allowed limit and he had supposedly double that amount when tested. So he has broken the rules and got away with it...

Like in football, we can watch the same sport want different people to win for different reasons. I think he's a cheat, some people don't and that's fine.
