It appears he follows through with his arm as he passes Aguero. Looks intentional to me.

I wonder if there are any other angles of it.

The one Sky posted is too far away, and the ref is in the way but LOOKING STRAIGHT AT THE INCIDENT. You certainly see his arm move towards Aguero, and then follow through in an unnatural position from the overhead shot.

The ref simply bottled it. No doubt his match report will say he saw it, so no further action will be forthcoming.

Rudiger should have walked. And those 3 added mins at the end - all taken up with that farce of a goalie sub. I thought from Kepa''s time wasting after 2 mins that Chelsea wanted penalties. The better than won, but we didn't play well. Just lacking that final killer pass and too slow all round. Credit Chelsea they were totally different from a fortnight ago. Hazard easily the most dangerous player on the pitch, so we did well. Shame about the injuries. Anyone remember Eddie taking throw in? Bizarre

I don’t mind Chelsea,had a bit of a soft spot for them as they where my late dads team,but today’s performance from them from the first whistle with that cnut Jorginho elbowing aguero,and constant fouling and slowing up of the game,throw in the negative tactics just have made me dislike them that bit more,the perfect ending in a sense with the whole keeper fuck up about not coming off,and he was piss poor on the pens thankfully,while his opposite number ederson was brilliant,just desserts on the cnuts,fuck them hope spurs smash them up on weds night..
