Yes, it was a final, and we did get a cup :)

Thank god for that, I was worried that I spent so long pissed in the Green Man that I’d missed one :)

With that penalty, Raheem dealt with all the Chelsea racists in one go. We can win beautiful. We can win ugly (relatively ugly but only by our high standards).

It could be a way of compensating for his iffy form. He can be more responsible on the ball & tougher defensively when he puts his mind to it & like Fernandinho, he makes himself available & finds forward passes from that area rather than knocking it sideways & backwards.

But whatever happens, we are a man short defending set pieces, without Fernandinho. None of the replacements other than Stones are adept at that.

Also, given KDB's injuries I am not sure he will be too keen to go into 50/50s like Fern would

Agree re Ferna but with Vinny back, we improve on defending set pieces

The first coin toss can be ruled out if one end isn't a fit surface to take penalties on. Though that was not the case yesterday.
