I believe it's sky's fault.

They're waiting to see who wins tonight's match, if Arsenal win then chelsea play the rags on sky at 2pm ish on the final day so we'll kick off at 430, if Chelsea win then the final may kick off at 2.

As usual match going fans are bottom of the list of people to consider
