Genuinely sorry mate, if teams were graded on support, neither of us would be in this position.
Tonight was very much back to the wall…..and I honestly thought we didn't look like scoring.

I thought about you, and a few things you’ve said this season, about when you have thrown away leads late on….and flippin eck, it happened again…..

I just hope that tonight is worthwhile…. As previously said, whoever won tonight, I wanted to go up….let’s hope we can do it.

and if not….we’ll see you again next season…

all the best mate….hope the lad is okay…..bright years ahead for you both hopefully…. And we’ll meet again, fingers crossed, a bit higher up the league pyramid..

I wish yourselves and Sheff Wednesday can get back in the premier because of your history and continued fervent fanbases. Much rather see you 2 there than Fulham and Bournemouth tbh. Good luck making the promised land lads: )

Like anything you dust yourself down, give the internet a wide berth for a few days and go again.

Our forum is like the wild west tonight with the "Moore Out" brigade gunning for him with both barrels. When we win it's the players, when we lose it's the manager.

Will be someone elses turn at the weekend to have a shit time.
 
Bloody tough on Wednesday but great for Sunderland but it's the play offs. I hate the play offs. We were third by a mile remember. In truth Milton Keynes should have gone through even though they should not be in the league due to a great injustice.
 
I always enjoyed a good day or night out watching Sunderland play City. It's one of the friendliest places I've found over the years to visit, and the time line of missed shots and penalties being hoofed over the bar while walking up the stairs to the away section always amused me.

I always looked forward to visiting Sunderland.

Said yesterday that I felt out of the two that Sunderland need to get up if not there beck in there Merry go round situation.......... Wednesday have a decent squad in place going into next ....... the league won’t be near as strong with what’s coming down and for what’s coming up ( if 2 of that lot don’t go back down I will be amazed ) it’s a time to think straight at Hillsborough they where supposed to struggle big time this season under embargo’s etc ...........and if they carry the form they had over the 2nd period of the season then they will go up comfortably.......... good club great fans .......... I know football doesn’t work like this but the majority of football fans would rather see these two clubs in the PL over Bournemouth
