No shit, I used to live in Chelsea, proximity 20 minutes walk from Pier 40 or 20 minutes walk from Chelsea Piers, now stuck uptown on the westside but not for long, . NYCFC baby, can't wait ;)

It just shows what it looks like right now I´m afraid..There are no hints yet as to where a new stadium might be built or what it might look like.

It snows, really snows, a lot in the Winter too. If the wind catches a drift the stand and the pitch would be five feet under snow at the other end of the stadium.

Those renders look incredible. The backdrop of the NY skyline, and the soon to be completed "Freedom Tower" is insane.
