big fish to fry
They've dropped out of the top four, don't look like they're progressing in Europe, and desperately need to qualify for the top four or they are really going to struggle. This is a huge game for them today and they would kill to be in a similar position to us.The Scousers still putting out full strength team, have they not got a mid-week fixture?
I generally believe they think we hate City though just because we are upset with the result. Like you say though bring on the next game and hopefully resting the players will workout for us against Dortmund.yep, full of happy clappy JCL's.
truth hurts .
Haha, his second at the tenth yesterday says ‘hello’ though ;-)In fairness to Rory he is working on his faults and if he missed chances by as wide a margin as Raz he would be playing against me at a weekend:-)
Well said, but when you change that team so much you could see it coming especially against LeedsBy that premise, we shouldn't care at all about winning any matches, why even bother to watch, in fact?
It's a results business, as City fans, we should always want to win and certainly care about losing, regardless of the competition.
I've got a bet on us to win one trophy this season, Cups can go in the blink of an eye and, as things stand, we still need to keep the other eye on finishing the job in the league.
As today has shown, nothing can be taken for granted.
Picking coco the clown Mendy is fucking Pep's faultYou can understand why Pep is blaming the defence ;)
i hope we go out otherwise we will . not interested in the CL. it's all about the title .Always remember your posts from years back. You always said don’t make too many changes at the back! The Ake/Mendy combo was madness.
What if we win Wed? Are we going to keep playing these weakened line ups around CL games ?
We've got to guard against taking winning the league for granted.
If Utd beat Spurs & win their game in hand, then we're 8 pts ahead with 6 to play.
Exactly the same position, in reverse, as led to the Aguerooooo moment.
Typical City are back.
I don’t know how Pep can be smiling about that loss.
Sterling and Mendy should be playing with the reserves
Back four should be Kyle, Stones, Dias, Zinny.. most reliable back four atm, Cancelo try to play too many Hollywood balls that don't come off
I have a better solution, let's try to find him a buyer.Sterling needs to look at himself
He had the opportunity to put his name forward to start Wednesday and now I wouldn’t have him on the bench
We looked so disjointed
Hahaha Liverpool are outside the top 4 because they pick from too small a group of players. Oh and they aren’t in the League Cup Final. Or the FA Cup Quarters. As if you are using that as an argument! Jesus Christ. I wonder why they are doing poor and we’re not? Let’s all have a brainstorm. The Scousers still putting out full strength team, have they not got a mid-week fixture?
Judge him in 18 months...Young lad in his first season in a new team and new country, during a pandemic and having had a bad dose of the virus himself. In and out of the team but already scored plenty - 9 in 30 appearances, many of those as sub.
Prolific for Spain, 6 in 10 games after stepping up from under 21s, including a hat trick against Germany. He’ll be just fine
Picking coco the clown Mendy is fucking Pep's fault
With respect, Bill makes it quite clear every week that he would play the strongest line up and make no changes even if it meant the same 11 for the whole season.Always remember your posts from years back. You always said don’t make too many changes at the back! The Ake/Mendy combo was madness.

Leeds had fuck all to play for today, this team or squad has a soft underbelly we need to be very careful or the pressure will build again ..Warning shot today to Pep - he has to be careful, I expect the Rags to win tomorrow and the gap to be 8 points when they win their game in hand.
Villa & Palace tricky games but good thing is they don't have anything to play for, however the 4 after that against Chelsea, Newcastle, Brighton & Everton are the games when the opposition will have things to play for.
History tells us that an 8 point lead with 6 games to go can go horribly wrong.
