Leeds United (A) | Post Match Thread

Pretty much coasted through the game saving plenty of energy for the slog ahead. Expect, injuries permitting three or four changes every game as Pep rotates the team keeping them as fresh as possible. Alvarez back soon as well which will be a help as will resting the likes of Bernardo a bit longer. On to Neverton now which I guess will be a similar type of game.

Twatwell indeed, a fucking joke of a ref.
Saw a fly land on Gnonto, fell over, free kick Leeds.
Just really glad we twated them in spite of the dodgy ref.
Well done City !!

was going to say the same things, very poor official and no protection for our players, Grealish was getting kicked every time he got the ball,

very hard game away to Leeds and taking the points home with loads of knocks left on the players

Happy for Grealish. His finishing is abysmal bit he worked hard for those assists.

Mahrez needs to go for me, or at least just be on the bench. Would much rather see Palmer develop
Can you explain to me how Mahrez was worse than Grealish in this game ? Grealish had two assists because Haaland didn't miss either, Mahrez also should've had two assists in the first half but Grealish missed a sitter and Gundo couldn't finish another.
And the first goal happened because Mahrez hit the target with his shot unlike Grealish who skied every effort.
So again how was Grealish better than Mahrez ?

They say the EPL is the best in the world, why such crappy officiating?

You can still see the rustiness from the World Cup players-Pep easing them all back gradually.
