Considering we sold Ferran for £47 million (potential 8.5 million in add ons) and will likely sell Jesus for around £40 million, it is quite affordable. On top of selling a few loan and CFG players it will pretty much all be paid for.

It’s the wages not the transfer fee which could be an issue
 
a million percent, all the people who think zinchenko is good enough are doing an emotional nonsense. Defensively struggles against any decent winger every time. Maybe coz he's an attacking midfielder.
 
If Tierney wasn’t injury prone he’d be a no-brainer. Don’t think there’s any standout LBs available out there at the moment. I like Mitchell, but he’s pretty poor offensively. The closest thing would be Wijndal for me. Well rounded full-back, very good on the ball and a great crosser
