I believe that the CM reps are communicating our problems but that the club aren't listening.If only we had a committee of supporters reps to sort out this absolute shambles and issues that supporters have been experiencing with the ticket office and customer services over the years eh?
The new system has made it significantly more difficult for fans to buy tickets and transfer them when the original buyer can no longer attend. It could be that City will wake up if mid week cup games attendances are significantly affected.
We need a group with no direct link to the club who will put pressure on the club through the media. Something like Liverpool's Spirit of Shankly.
