What is happening is this, I am going on my own.

If tickets not given, well when the coach arrives 55 of us will cause a stink at the turnstiles

I'm collecting 5 tomorrow for other people they asked for who will collect and I've just said myself so only I have to go the ticket office

He needs to have a word with himself.

Tell him once his girlfriend starts getting her own way he'll be sat watching x factor on a Saturday instead of following the blue army.

Probably just out of the routine of going the match which once you're out of the routine it's hard to get back into.

I would go off whatever you have agreed with Supporter Services mate. Not every individual has to be there but there needs to be a named contact of the tickets, like has been the case for donkeys years. If the coach load appreciate your good work for them they should do whatever is needed mate. All the best.

This is the point

Nothing agreed

I told them I the named supporter for 11 and my son 6

Told them my lad would not be there, they have ignored that and simply said collect tickets

Then proceeded to send emails to all 17 people

How did you get on in the end?

A lad we use for tickets was having the same issue with 12 he was collecting and he isn’t returning our calls now.

Hoping it’s nothing to worry about.
 
Any idea on pubs to go to lads?
Only seen the counting house so far as a city pub.

I believe that the CM reps are communicating our problems but that the club aren't listening.

The new system has made it significantly more difficult for fans to buy tickets and transfer them when the original buyer can no longer attend. It could be that City will wake up if mid week cup games attendances are significantly affected.

We need a group with no direct link to the club who will put pressure on the club through the media. Something like Liverpool's Spirit of Shankly.
 
Ticket collection from the ticket office to the right of their club shop, not the left as the collection email says

I agree, CM has been proven that it's a total waste of time and just a tick box exercise.

The club needs to be challenged on such matters and the CM route is clearly not working if their voices aren't being heard.

I think there's a case for CM to walk away.

They would probably argue (not unreasonably) that it's better to engage no matter how badly the club is behaving / performing. I'm not so sure.

Very early days but there are a lot of blues with the same opinion and have decided to do something about it. All those who wish to get involved are welcome to do so.
